My mission is to support people who are ready to begin the journey of transforming their life. Through compassionate guidance and a safe space to grow, I will help you to reconnect with your body, restore your sense of self, and rediscover your strength in a way that feels true.

Ongoing Support
After completing the 6 week life transformation programme, you have the option of continuing to work together, with a focus on specific areas of your life that you feel would benefit from continued support.

Like-minded People
You have the option to join a community of like-minded people to learn from, grow with, and celebrate each others life transformations.
6 Week Life Transformation Programme
My approach to working with you is forward looking, and solution orientated.

We will meet once per week for 6 weeks.

Each time we meet, we will discuss one of the 6 core areas of health and wellness, and in the days that follow until our next session, you will reflect and put in place an action plan to focus on improving that area of your life.

When we meet next, we will review your action plan together, make changes if needed, and move on to the next core area.

In short, together we will reflect on the core aspects of your life, and put in place solutions to change those aspects of your life for the better.

I support people in rebuilding their lives from the inside out—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I've walked through many deep personal pains, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to start again. What I offer comes from lived experience - a forward looking, solution orientated approach rooted in empathy and care.
